Delivery

Shipping Area

We ship our products within Poland. Shipments are made via DPD courier and are usually delivered the next day after the courier collects the parcel from our main warehouse in Warsaw.

Delivery Address

• Delivery is made to the address indicated in your order. Please make sure your delivery details are correct.
• Alternatively, you may collect your order in person at the main Rubio Monocoat warehouse: ul. Lutniowa 23, 02-388 Warsaw (Ochota).

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs apply to orders below PLN 2,500:

• Standard Delivery (via courier) — PLN 15,45
• Standard Delivery to Pickup Point — PLN 15,45
  

Orders with a value of PLN 2,500 or above qualify for free shipping.

Checking Your Order

• Upon delivery, please check the condition of the shipment and the products for any visible damage.
• In the event of damage during transport, a damage report must be completed in the presence of the courier, detailing the damage.
• Any damage must be reported to Rubio Monocoat Polska within 24 hours of delivery, together with a photo of the damaged shipment.

Invoicing

• A VAT invoice will be issued and sent for every purchase.
• Upon request, we can issue an electronic invoice (PDF), sent to the email address provided during checkout.
• You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic invoices at any time by notifying us.
