General Terms and Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products offered in the online store www.rubio24.pl, operated by Rubio Monocoat Polska Sp. z o.o.
By placing an order in our store, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions in full. The online ordering process is legally binding.
1. Identity of the Seller

2. Scope of Application
These Terms apply to all offers made by the Seller, all orders placed by Customers, and all contracts concluded between the Seller and the Customer through rubio24.pl.
Any other terms are excluded unless expressly agreed in writing.
3. Main Characteristics of Products
The rubio24.pl store provides detailed descriptions of the main characteristics of all products offered, including type, composition, intended use, method of use, properties, and technical specifications. This information is available on the individual product pages.
4. Prices
All product prices on rubio24.pl are listed in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT. The total order price, including all taxes and fees, is displayed in the shopping cart before finalising the order.
The Seller is not bound by material errors resulting from technical or input mistakes. If such an error occurs, the Customer will be informed and will have 14 calendar days from notification to withdraw from the contract.
5. Payment Methods
Products must be paid in advance at checkout. Accepted payment methods:
- Traditional bank transfer to the store account
- Online transfer (Przelewy24)
- Credit card payment
6. Shipping Costs and Additional Fees
Shipping costs depend on the selected delivery method and are clearly displayed in the shopping cart before placing the order. Detailed information about shipping costs and other additional fees is also available on the shipping and payment page.
7. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipments are made via DPD courier and are usually delivered the next business day after the courier collects the parcel from the warehouse.
- Delivery is made to the address specified in the order. Personal collection is also available at: ul. Lutniowa 23, 02-388 Warsaw (Ochota).
- In the event of damage during transport, a damage report must be completed in the presence of the courier, and Rubio Monocoat Polska must be notified within 24 hours of delivery, together with a photo of the damaged shipment.
- Risk of loss or damage to the products transfers to the Customer upon delivery.
8. Order Cancellation (Before Shipment)
The Customer may cancel the order free of charge before the products are shipped. After cancellation, the Customer will receive confirmation and a refund. Once a shipping confirmation has been issued, the order can no longer be cancelled, but the Customer may still return the products following the withdrawal procedure.
9. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order. You do not need to give a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must register your return online via your personal account. Please note that we don't accept return requests via email.
How to request a return:
- Log in to your account on our website.
- Navigate to "Orders" in your account menu.
- Select the order containing the items you wish to return.
- Click on "Request Return" and follow the prompts to complete your request.
Once your request is submitted, you will receive further instructions on how to ship the products back to us.

A VAT invoice will be issued and sent to the Buyer for every purchase. Upon request, the Seller may issue an electronic invoice (PDF), sent to the email address provided during checkout. The Buyer may withdraw consent to receive electronic invoices at any time by notifying the Seller.
